"Jill Stein, Certified Personal Trainer, gave a very practical and thorough course called 'Reducing Falls Outdoors and Getting In and out of Cars Safely.' All of us in her audience knows our vulnerability to falls that can be life changing, as well as the challenge that getting in and out of the car presents as we age. Her instruction concerning car entry and exit were specific . Jill showed us, using her car, how to position ourselves through each step of the procedure, and what devices we can use to facilitate our movements. Jill also talked about assisted walking aids, citing a study and medical alert devices available and useful to seniors. She stressed the need for lower body conditioning and balance training, and talked about gait pattern abnormalities, to be presented more in depth in a future presentation, part two Fall Prevention Indoors."

"I have taken part in Jill's exercise class for seniors since 2021 and over that time have observed her supporting participants with a wide variety of physical needs and limitations. She has been able to make a significant difference in pain reduction for me and also in how my surgically repaired back, complicated by scoliosis, fibromyalgia and my motor planning issues, actually can function more safely on a daily basis. The great thing is that she does that with the particular issues for others too.
